In a world where depression, anxiety, lack of joy and happiness is at it's highest, most people are constantly seeking to be HAPPY.
But we need to understand that happiness is an emotion and as emotional beings we will always be experiencing a range of these feelings. This is what makes us human.
So a constant seek of an emotion that cannot be sustained, is a vicious cycle of seeking something that does not exist.
